Dr Monika Wilson provides counselling services for people who have experienced loss, including pet loss, loss of a loved one, traumatic or sudden loss, or loss of self due to life changes. Monika offers a safe place to express the overwhelming sadness, sorrow and heartache that comes with loss without trying to change or fix things. By doing so, loss can be witnessed and healing can commence. As well as this Monika can assist you to learn ways to live with the grief, learn to reconstruct your life and self again, and maintain a connection to your deceased loved one, if you wish.
Monika has many years experience in supporting and assisting grieiving people, including health care professionals. By utilising her up to date knowledge and personal qualities Monika offers to travel the path of grief beside you, assist you in negotiating the sudden waves of grief, and encourage you to find the 'balm' which will heal your loss.
